At Flyways, we are committed to hiring great people and we know that an efficient hiring process is important to our applicants. We follow a simple 3 step hiring process:
After an application is submitted it is reviewed by a member of our team. If you are selected as a top candidate we will reach out to ask a few additional questions and talk to you more about the open position. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have as we get to know each other a little more!
If selected for an interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with the manager at the corresponding Flyways location. We will ask a variety of questions centered around your skills and experience. You'll have the chance to ask any additional questions you might have and get to understand the role better.
In this final stage, you will be contacted to inform you of the job offer. Once accepted and pre-employment checks are cleared- we'll get you set up to start your career at Flyways! If we have chosen to move forward with another candidate at the time, you will receive an email or call to let you know.

Kaylee – Assistant Manager at Interstate Flyways – is a ball of sunshine. Her enthusiasm is truly infectious, and she has quickly grown into a strong and inspiring leader for her team.
Brenda – Lead at Rocket Flyways – is a hardworking and creative individual who brings both skill and positivity to the workplace. She does an outstanding job merchandising the store and brightens the business every day with her smile.
Tracy – General Manager – brings over 20 years of experience and a deep knowledge of the convenience store industry. Her expertise, combined with her unwavering commitment to her team and stores, has made her a trusted leader and a driving force behind their success.
