At Flyways, we are committed to hiring great people and we know that an efficient hiring process is important to our applicants. We follow a simple 3 step hiring process:

After an application is submitted it is reviewed by a member of our team. If you are selected as a top candidate we will reach out to ask a few additional questions and talk to you more about the open position. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have as we get to know each other a little more!

If selected for an interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with the manager at the corresponding Flyways location. We will ask a variety of questions centered around your skills and experience. You'll have the chance to ask any additional questions you might have and get to understand the role better.

In this final stage, you will be contacted to inform you of the job offer. Once accepted and pre-employment checks are cleared- we'll get you set up to start your career at Flyways! If we have chosen to move forward with another candidate at the time, you will receive an email or call to let you know.

Brenda, Assistant Manager, has been a cornerstone of Wilcox and Flegel for more than 24 years. A highly skilled and motivated operator, Brenda is known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to excellence. She takes pride in catching the small things others may overlook, understanding that those details are often what make the biggest difference. Brenda leads by example and holds herself and those around her to consistently high standards. Her strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication have made her an invaluable part of the Wilcox and Flegel team!

Kyle, Store Clerk, has quickly established himself as a dependable and adaptable team member. Kyle is always willing to step up when help is needed, even traveling to other locations to support operations during high-traffic events. Kyle demonstrates a strong ability to learn, adapt, and execute quickly. He brings consistency and reliability to his work each day. Kyle is proactive and is often the first to speak up to help identify a better way forward. his willingness to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement makes him a valued and trusted part of the team.
